The Pro-Fluoridationists are lobbying the Senate

Rather than spending money on promoting a healthy diet or proper brushing and flossing techniques, the Pro-fluoridationists are now spending time promoting self-congratulatory phrases: these are all opinion pieces without scientific backing. In fact, dumping a chemical in our drinking water for the sole purpose of trying to prevent a medical disease is against not only the constitution, but the Safe Drinking Water Act. UNESCO 2005 Resolution Section 6 says we need to give informed consent prior to being medicated. Hexafluorosilicic acid is not a nutrient, but a chemical used to prevent a medical disease, caries. And it doesn't even do that!
