EDUCATION! Not FLUORIDATION! Water Fluoridation Does Not Work in NYS or in NYC.
NYS Dept of Health publishes the ER visit rates for Tooth Decay for different counties in NYS and in NYC.
There is no correlation between fluoridation and reduce ER visits.
Water fluoridation does not reduce the costs of tooth decay.
The only trend that can be seen from these results is that expensive visits to the ER for tooth decay is on the increase, across all counties, regardless of levels of fluoridation. When are we going to stop this waste of resources? We need Education not Fluoridation!
