Petition to the EPA: ban fluoride additives

Great news! A great coalition of water protectors and health professionals united to sign the petition to the EPA: ban fluoride chemicals as additives.

On Nov 22, Dr. Bill Hirzy and Dr Paul Connett, along with nutritionist Valerie Green and three of her children, delivered a legal petition with over 300 supporting documents, to the EPA headquarters in DC.

This petition, written by lawyer and FAN activist, Michael Connett, calls upon the EPA to ban the addition of fluoridating chemicals to the public drinking water under provisions in the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA).

The Fluoride Action Network has teamed up with the Food & Water Watch, The Organic Consumers Association, Moms Against Fluoridation, the IAOMT, and the AAEM to petition the EPA to basically do the job they are mandated to do: prevent toxic additives to our drinking water.

The EPA has 90 days to respond and after that time they plan to take the issue to court. As Dr Connett wrote in the press release: This may be the lawsuit we have all been waiting for!
